Safety inspection

Regular safety checks are conducive to extending the service life of the FUNKYWHEEL. We recommend that you carefully inspect your FUNKYWHEEL before each use to ensure that there are no loose, damaged or abnormally worn parts. All nuts and bolts should be tightened.

 Warning:The foot mat is a component of the FUNKYWHEEL safety system, so please do not use damaged foot MATS or replace them yourself. The pads can be purchased on the official website or the Tmall flagship store

 Warning:With damaged pads, your warranty will be void

Foot pad

Check the joints of the pads for gaps, punctures or tears, especially in the stomp sensing area, and contact support@funkywheel.com for replacement parts if you notice any damage

Warning:It is very dangerous to ride with damaged footpads, please replace them immediately!

Tyre

Check the tread side of the tire. Make sure the tires are fully inflated to 35-40 psi. Check and inflate the tires, preferably find a nearby auto repair shop using a professional meter and inflator pump. If a tyre is damaged or has a hole in it, please contact our customer service or email us at support@funkywheel.com

 Warning:Exceeding the recommended maximum pressure may damage your FUNKYWHEEL. It will also void your warranty.

 Attention:Using the FUNKYWHEEL under inflation will void your warranty.

 Attention:Pen type car tire scale may not be accurate. High quality digital meters are required.

Battery

Be careful not to overcharge or undercharge the battery. The battery should be recharged at least every two months. Failure to do so may void your warranty. You must dispose of lithium batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.

 Attention:Do not expose the battery to extremely high or cold temperatures. These may reduce battery life or damage the battery pack.

 Attention:All electronic and drive components can only be repaired through FUNKYWHEEL's authorized service centers. Any other adjustments will void your warranty.

 Attention:Do not make any repairs or adjustments to your FUNKYWHEEL unless you know how to operate it very well. Improper adjustments or repairs may cause damage to your FUNKYWHEEL or cause injury. Complex maintenance and repair needs to be done by professionals with full equipment.

Recharger

You must use the official supply to charge your FUNKYWHEEL

The charger connected to the board for several days will not cause damage, but if long-term storage is required, it needs to be stored according to long-term storage instructions

 Attention:Only use the official charger to charge your FUNKYWHEEL. Using any other charger will void your warranty and may damage your FUNKYWHEEL.

How to charge your battery

01, first connect the charger to the FUNKYWHEEL charging port, and then connect to the "AC" power supply. The charger will display a red light.

02, when the battery pack is fully charged, the green light will appear.

03,stop charging, disconnect the charger.

 Attention:For long-term storage, be sure to charge 40%-50% and check once a month

 Attention: Please insert the charger plug into the charging hole and then insert the AC power supply, otherwise the charger will not start, which can make charging safer

 Attention:under normal circumstances, 120 minutes can be completed charging, and about 60 minutes can be charged to 50%

 Attention:It is recommended to remove the charger after the end of charging, because the battery protection board will maintain the voltage balance of the battery in the later period of charging

Daily storage

As long as you keep it dry, keep it clean, and charge it often, your FUNKYWHEEL can last a long time. When you're done, put the FUNKYWHEEL in a warm, dry place. Try not to leave it in the car or outside overnight.

Humid environment

If you use your FUNKYWHEEL in any wet environment, be sure to wipe it clean after use, and ensure that it is completely dry before charging. The circuit board of the FUNKYWHEEL can resist some moisture, but it is not completely waterproof, and you need to bear the risk caused by riding in a wet environment.

Cold weather

The FUNKYWHEEL can be used in cold weather, don't let the wind chill your fun.

When you are finished, do not leave the FUNKYWHEEL outside or in the trunk of your car, prolonged exposure to extremely low temperatures will adversely affect the FUNKYWHEEL.

If you accidentally leave the FUNKYWHEEL in a cold environment for a long time, please move it indoors first, it may take an hour or more to use it, because the battery needs some time to regain its temperature.

Long-term storage

Make sure the charge is between 40-50% and store in a dry place between 10°-25°C. Check once a month to make sure the battery level is between 40-50%
