Funkywheel guarantees that the product will be free of material and workmanship defects for 12 months / 2,000 km, whichever comes first, with the exception of foot pads, tires and batteries

Foot pads, tires and batteries are guaranteed for 6 months /1000 km

If the product is proved defective during the warranty period, the company can provide the following support:

1. Repair products by phone, mail, video guidance or free parts

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent use

3. Upon product return, refund the original amount paid, minus reasonable usage fee
